Who we are
Mind Muscle Mastery is the coaching program operated by Jot Fuller Fitness LLC, based in Statesboro, Georgia. Throughout this policy, "we" and "us" mean Jot Fuller Fitness LLC, and "you" means anyone who visits this website or submits the coaching application.

What we collect
We only collect what you type into the coaching application. That is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your answer to what you want to change about your life, plus the goals and program level you select
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, we do not sell data, and we do not buy contact lists.
We do use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count how many people visit and which pages they read. It uses no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other websites. It tells us numbers, not who you are.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: to review your application and get in touch with you about coaching. That means Jot may contact you by phone, text message, or email to discuss your application, answer questions, and arrange a call.
Text messaging
If you provide your phone number on the application, Jot may text you about it. Specifically:
- Any text you get is written and sent by Jot personally, from his own phone. There are no automated messages, no drip sequences, and no marketing list.
- Because it is a normal conversation, you can simply tell him to stop and he will.
- Asking him not to text does not affect your application. He can continue by email or phone instead.
We do not share your phone number, or your consent to be contacted by text, with any third party for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is sold or rented to anyone. Phone numbers are only handled by the service providers listed below, purely so that we can deliver our own messages to you.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the application and to contact you. They only process your information on our behalf:
- Web3Forms delivers the application to our email inbox.
- Google hosts that email inbox.
- Telegram delivers a phone notification to Jot that you applied. It does not send you anything.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the cookieless visitor analytics described above.
- Kahunas is the coaching app we use to deliver programs, if you become a client.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How we protect it
Applications travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are stored only with the providers listed above, each behind their own login and security controls. Only Jot has access. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we keep the number of places your information lives as small as possible.
How long we keep it
We keep applications and contact records for as long as we may reasonably need them to work with you or follow up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details above, and we will do it unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can stop texts or emails at any time by simply asking.
Children
This site and our coaching are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
